Valerie Lee Shaw, age 48 of Anderson, IN. passed away Tuesday morning May 29, 2012 at Kindred Wildwood Nursing Home, Rehabilitation in Indianapolis, IN.

She was born January 29, 1964 in Angola, IN. to Linda Shaw and the late James A. Shaw.

Valerie was an employee at Pay Less in Anderson.

Survivors include her mother; Linda Shaw of Anderson, IN. aunt; Becky (Phillip) Watson of Muncie, IN., uncle; Mike (June) Messersmith of Dunkirk, IN., several cousins and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father; James A. Shaw and sister; Victoria Shaw.

Grave side service will be held Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson, IN. with Pastor Timothy Warrum officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. prior to the service.
